Studio Production Coordinator

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Studio Production Coordinator for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.

Position:  Studio Production Coordinator

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take a leading role in overseeing the production and delivery of studio projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and allocate work resources effectively to optimize timelines and manage priorities.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring their deliverables are on schedule and within budget, while proactively identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Support the installation process, ensuring alignment with project plans, visual renderings, and technical guidelines.
• Liaise with Health and Safety teams to ensure external personnel are properly registered and compliant with local regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and organizational policies throughout all phases of studio construction and operation.
• Monitor and maintain studio facilities during both construction and post-launch phases, addressing any issues as needed.
• Ensure studios remain fully operational and escalate technical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate teams.
• Document key meeting outcomes and provide regular updates to the department head or project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align on timelines and launch dates for new studio projects.
• Provide operational support for live studio activities as required.
• Travel as necessary to oversee the construction and implementation of studios in international locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior professional experience in a similar role, preferably within studio production, construction, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel for project oversight and supervision.
