Supply Chain Manager - FMCG industry

Role Overview

A senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution within the FMCG/CPG sector. The position ensures operational efficiency, product availability, and high service levels across logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement logistics and distribution strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and multi-tier distribution
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and logistics partners
- Drive cost optimization, network efficiency, and service performance (OTIF, CSL)
- Lead warehouse operations, capacity planning, and WMS improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Coordinate primary and secondary distribution to ensure timely product delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams
- Lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives (ERP, WMS, TMS)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong background in FMCG/CPG environments
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution network management
- Experience managing 3PL providers and large-scale transport networks
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA or certifications are a plus)

Monthly gross salary – 30.000 RON – 39.000 RON
