👤 Your profile:

• Degree in Economical Engineering, Economic Sciences, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced English skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and reliable

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Perform daily checks on backlog of non-certified invoices
• Carry out weekly reconciliations for critical vendor accounts
• Ensure accurate SAP entry of service POs and long-term contracts
• Analyze logistics documentation and certify services in SAP
• Verify that all back-up documentation is collected and properly attached
• Track monthly backlog of accumulated costs and monitor their aging
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure provider payments after certification
• Handle the service invoicing process for designated customer accounts
• Ensure data integrity through controls and timely reporting of irregularities
