The individual will work within the Cloud Development sub\u2011department, collaborating with Dev and DevOps teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of AWS\u2011based infrastructures. The role is based in Ia\u0219i, Romania, and involves supporting microservices deployments, maintaining Kubernetes environments, and ensuring seamless technical communication across teams.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Maintain AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, EKS, CodeCommit, KMS, CloudWatch, and IAM.\n * Manage AWS EKS clusters and their associated resources.\n * Coordinate and oversee deployment of new microservice releases.\n * Collaborate with Dev and DevOps teams to troubleshoot incidents, resolve blockers, and ensure application reliability.\n * Facilitate effective communication between teams involved in the application lifecycle.\n * Continuously assess infrastructure performance and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and cost\u2011effectiveness.\n * Develop and maintain integration components between current and future applications.\n * Mentor Development and DevOps colleagues to promote best practices in DevOps methodologies.\n * Provide availability for exceptional situations, including night shifts, overtime, or standby when required.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Skilled in AWS infrastructure services.\n * Experienced with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.\n * Knowledgeable in CI/CD concepts and tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD).\n * Experienced with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle).\n * Familiar with microservices architectures and related methodologies.\n * Competent with monitoring and observability tools including Instana, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.\n * Experienced in running applications in cloud and Kubernetes environments.\n * Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).\n * Strong documentation and communication skills in English.\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in Dev or DevOps environments.\n * Demonstrates compliance with ITIL, SOX, and IT security standards.\n * Experienced working with public cloud infrastructure and business\u2011critical environments.\n * Able to ensure high reliability (99.9%) for managed applications and deliver work according to agreed timelines.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
