Applicants should be highly motivated, technology driven, possess strong communications skills, can develop strong cross-group collaboration and are willing to take on the challenge of dealing with ambiguity. Candidates should also have a broad understanding of both server and desktop / application virtualization.\n\n# Responsibilities\n\n * Act as an escalation point for all support-related activities.\n * Coordinates technical activities on specific accounts and ensures KPI and deadlines are met.\n * Design and implement complex VDI / App Delivery Virtualization projects using various technologies\n * Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware and MS Hyper-V platforms\n * Supports his/her team when technical issues rise in his/her scope of expertise.\n * Develop repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality\n * Directly interact with clients, account managers, and peers in support of complex VDI/ App Delivery environments\n * Apply best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to large scale projects\n * Create and maintain support documentation, work instructions and knowledge base articles\n * Facilitates collaboration and information sharing team.\n * Motivates, encourage team collaboration and sharing of best practices.\n * Fosters innovation mindset.\n * Focus on automation and optimization of resources to improve efficiency.\n * Is available and able to drive high severity incidents that occur within the scope of their role\n * Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation\n * Adhere to the Change Management and other ITIL processes.\n * Accurate ticket documentation of the support request and troubleshooting steps taken\n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * 7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience required\n * 7+ years of engineering and/or support experience related to x86 technical offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.\n * Advanced and proven track record of engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments involving Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS. (CCA highly preferred).\n * 5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.\n * Technical knowledge of storage subsystems.\n * Server hardware fundamentals\n * In-depth technical knowledge on on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SQL (VCP VMware Certified Professional highly preferred).\n * Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN and NAS, physical datacenter practices\n * Extensive skills with Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management.\n * Thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN and NAS, physical datacenter practices\n * Demonstrated ability to assess, implement and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure systems and configurations in the designated practice using procedures, scripts, and templates.\n * Demonstrated engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem solving and recommendations) in large and complex customer environments\n * Demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction on all engineering engagements\n * Respect deadlines and procedures agreed at team level or with the customer\n * Ability to listen, learn and improve\n * Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously\n * Excellent English skills, both written and verbal\n * Cloud solutions or certifications Azure/AWS is considered an advantage (AZ-104, AZ-140, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator \u2013 Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect \u2013 Associate)\n * Nice to have: Windows 365, AWS Workspaces, Nerdio, iGEL,\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
