Collaborate with sourcing teams to design search criteria, review pipelines, and improve candidate quality. Own the recruitment process from screening and interviewing to offers, negotiations, and onboarding handover. Champion candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and brand-aligned interactions. Lead with insights and data, sharing market trends, hiring metrics, and recommendations to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire. Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide senior hiring managers. Recruiting expertise with the ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse roles. Excellent communication skills, including interviewing, presenting offers, and aligning with cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset, able to track KPIs, optimize performance, and present findings to leadership.
