We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, we value creativity, automation, and out-of-the-box thinking that can make our hiring process smarter and more effective. You’ll partner with hiring managers, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Over time, this position offers a clear pathway to grow into a HR Business Partner role, making it an excellent career step for someone with ambition and drive.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview strategies.
Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline recruitment workflows and improve efficiency.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Stay updated on labor market trends, employer branding strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and onboarding.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred). While we value diverse academic backgrounds, this role is best suited for candidates with a business-oriented mindset rather than a purely psychology-focused one.

Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
Knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven sourcing methods.
A data-driven approach to recruitment with strong analytical skills.
Creative problem-solving and an innovative mindset.
Exposure to HR generalist topics or interest in transitioning to an HR Business Partner track.
