Team Lead - Client Solutions Engineering

Location: Romania

As a Team Lead - Client Solutions at TrustYou, you will be leading the team that is responsible for customizations and client-specific features built on top of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for delivering value for our largest clients based on specific projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients, and the Enterprise Services, Client Success and Product teams of TrustYou.

You will be working closely with the Director of Engineering on developing, managing, and empowering up to 8 engineers for creating a productive, fast-paced, and high-quality delivery engineering culture.

• Leading the team that builds the tailored solutions for client specific needs on top of our Saas platform
• Engaging with the clients and the TrustYou teams that work closely with them to understand the business requirements, plan and estimate projects, and lead the delivery of the expected outcomes within the timelines
• Collaborating with the product teams to suggest new features for the platform and specify the requirements for them
• Hands-on support for your team with the databases maintenance, data migrations, Admin tools improvements and automation scripts
• Exploratory data analysis (EDA) 
• Ensuring a positive team experience and understand each individual’s concerns and needs
• Driving Onboarding projects with Enterprise Services and Key Account Management teams (e.g: creating accounts, setups, data exports/imports for our clients)

• More than 8 years of experience in IT
• More than 2 years of experience as a team lead on fixed-budget IT projects
• Experience with estimations, project planning and risk management
• Used to play a customer-facing role and managed project stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Python, databases, indexes, query optimization 
• Solid understanding of software architecture, web platforms and big data technologies
• Experience with people management: mentoring, performance reviews, motivation & engagement, training & development
• Strong background with Agile and Lean software development projects
• Fluency in English

• Someone with Web development experience (JavaScript, React)
• Having Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Having Kafka experience
