Role summary

• Manages and supports Microsoft Teams,
• enabling effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer Teams policies, users, and integrations;
• Troubleshoot Teams-related issues;
• Support voice/video conferencing and telephony features;
• Train users and create documentation.

Knowledge Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Teams and M365 ecosystem;
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree in IT/Computing;
• Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.

Required Experience

• 7+ years supporting Teams environments.

Technical Expertise

• Teams administration;
• Teams telephony and SBC management;
• Integration with SharePoint and OneDrive;
• PowerShell scripting for Teams automation;
• Optimization for virtual environments.
