Job Description - Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage team of workers, assign tasks and monitor performance

  • Ensure workers productivity and utilization

  • Ensure daily/weekly actual performance meeting the forecast plan

  • Ensure team engagement and satisfaction.

  • Ensure team is kept up to date with their performance and any changes with the task guidelines.

  • Perform regularly one to one with each team member.

  • Align with OPEX to enforce quality and ensure quality metrics are met.

  • Lead and supervise projects with the most efficiency and to assure the highest quality and productivity of the team.

  • Meeting SLAs in delivery and quality.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and success.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation and of correct assignments.

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and desired efficiencies.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed, following a clear reporting process for reporting on performance metrics status such as “productivity, attendance, quality, capacity updates, etc.”

  • Takes ownership for unexpected situations and drives solutions for solving problems, when they exist.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Support and follow up on trainings for new hires, as well as coaching for existing ones.

  • Handle and resolving conflicts efficiently.

  • Management of security tokens by assigning and deleting access when required


 


Qualifications and Education Requirements


-Operations/People management: 



  • Strong knowledge and prioritization of SLAs and operational aspects. 

  • Solid knowledge of operations management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization understanding of formal and informal organizational structures. 

  • Proven working experience as a team leader & people manager (5 years) 

  • Good mathematical skills and statistical knowledge



-Communication: 



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent/Native in: English



-Negotiation: 



  • Ability to negotiate win-win agreements. 



-People management: 



  • Ability to earn trust and respect from team & stakeholders; ability to influence decisions that need to be made to make the team & project successful.



-Planning and Organizing: 



  • Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines for a prolonged period while maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy in order to produce accurate results. 

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills



-Technology: 



  • Tech savvy with preferred knowledge of linguistic and operational management relevant computer programs 

  • Strong knowledge and experience of using G-Suite/MS in general, and spreadsheets in specific. 

  • Flexible with occasional travel.
