Spotawheel, one of Europe's most advanced and fastest-growing used car platforms, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join our team in Bucharest. The company has redesigned the whole buy-sell process to ensure value, transparency and customer satisfaction at the highest levels throughout. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support after the purchase of the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resolving customer complaints, and ensure the customer's vehicle needs are met on time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received via phone or email.
• Provide information and schedule customers for service appointments.
• Identify customer needs and provide support by proposing technical solutions, thereby contributing to increased customer satisfaction.
• Assess problems and estimate repair costs, selecting the most efficient solution for their resolution.
• Maintain contact with customers and inform them of the delivery date or work status, as applicable.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the duties of the role.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service environment;
• Technical knowledge of automobiles;
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude;
• Good computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of automotive industry service and repair practices.
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work well with a team and provide exceptional service to customers.
• Good command of the English language
