Technical Migration Team Lead

Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.

As a Technical Migration Team Lead, you will own the end-to-end migration of customers from other observability platforms to Coralogix. Partnering closely with customers, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Product, and Engineering, you'll assess existing monitoring implementations and lead the effort to rebuild, optimize, and automate them within the Coralogix platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migrations from observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, and Elastic to Coralogix.
• Analyze customers' existing alerts, dashboards, parsing rules, queries, and monitoring configurations, and rebuild them in Coralogix.
• Design, optimize, and validate alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules using Coralogix best practices.
• Configure log parsing using Regex and work with logs, metrics, traces, PromQL, Lucene, and DataPrime.
• Build automation tools and reusable frameworks to streamline migration workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Leverage GenAI and LLM technologies to automate migration, validation, and documentation processes.
• Partner closely with customers and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful migration delivery.
• Define migration standards, improve delivery methodologies, and provide technical and managerial leadership for complex migration projects.
• Create technical documentation, migration playbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials, and deliver training for internal teams and customers.

• 3+ years in Observability / DevOps / Monitoring roles
• 2+ years of technical leadership in tech support team 
• BA/BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with scripting/automation (Python preferred)
• Exposure to GenAI/LLMs for building automation or developer tools
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams (including TAMs)
• Good communication skills
