Technical Sales Representative with Italian

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to join our client’s team in Cluj, a leading production company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical enquiries for the entire portfolio and technical RFQs;
• Build and send offers (quotations) based on customer requests;
• Track offers to customers on behalf of Salespersons;
• Provide technical service assistance for application problems;
• Generate leads for sales force;
• Provide internal feedback regarding customer concerns;
• Maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio;
• Train and support Customer Service employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/technical field – Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering technology
• Proficient in English and Italian (minimum B2).
• Initiative and curiosity; willingness to learn and evolve.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a technical role (technical sales/engineering).
