ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking for a passionate Technical Support Analyst who is eager to contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This position will be responsible for responding to technical support tickets related to our software products, testing our software apps before providing the best solution and inserting customer and account data in the database. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent troubleshooting skills who can manage and resolve the issues related to our software products. The candidate needs to be analytical, patient when handling tough cases and customer service oriented.
Looking for team members for afternoon and evening shifts: 12–8 PM and 2–10 PM. Occasional in-office presence required.
