We are looking for an Experienced Technical Writer to join our team in London/Romania!

What You’ll Do:

• Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and MS Word aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create a broad range of documentation, including:
• API documentation
• User manuals
• Troubleshooting articles
• Architecture documentation
• Procedures
• Release notes 
  
• Design document templates.
• Maintain the knowledge base of the project.
• Edit and review documents.
• Work with Development, Operational, and QA teams to obtain information.
• Ensure all documentation is diligently maintained and communicated to all stakeholders.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Atlassian Confluence.
• Experience on related roles - 2+ years
• Strong knowledge of diagramming software and screen capture tools.
• Experience in researching and gathering technical data from subject matter experts (developers, business analysts, QAs) and project specifications.
• Ability to work in a multifunctional team.
• Understanding of software documentation specifics and style guides.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
