Overview 

This role reports to the Head of Audit, Risk, and Compliance. The analyst will evaluate operational, financial, regulatory, and cybersecurity risks across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring that they meet the firm’s standards for resilience, data protection, and responsible technology use.  
 

Key Responsibilities 

Third‑Party Risk Assessment & Due Diligence 

• Conduct detailed due diligence on new vendors, with particular focus on critical and high‑risk services. 

• Evaluate financial stability, operational maturity and regulatory compliance 

• Identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions  
   

Cyber & Supply‑Chain Risk Management 

• Assess cyber risk across the extended supply chain,  

• Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical risks that may impact third‑party resilience. 
   

Vendor Lifecycle Governance 

• Maintain accurate risk profiles, documentation, and scoring for all third parties throughout onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding. 

• Track remediation plans, exceptions, and risk acceptance decisions, ensuring timely closure and escalation where needed. 

• Support periodic vendor reviews 

• Contribute to the development and refinement of third‑party risk policies. 

• Partner with cross functional teams to embed risk controls into vendor selection and onboarding processes. 
   

Skills & Experience 

Experience and qualifications 

• Experience in third‑party risk management, vendor due diligence, or operational risk within fintech, financial services, or a technology‑driven environment. 

• Degree in IT or business /accounting /audit or relevant professional qualification  

• Experience with GRC tools. 

• Familiarity with regulatory outsourcing rules, DORA, and data‑protection requirements. 

• Analytical mindset with strong judgement, attention to detail, and structured problem‑solving skills. 
   

Desirable 

• Knowledge of financial‑crime risks related to counterparties (e.g., sanctions, AML considerations). 

• Background in information security, audit, or technology risk.
