Threat Intelligence Engineer (f/m/x)

Looking for a Security Engineer to join the Engineering organization, specialized in Threat Simulation and Threat Intelligence capabilities to enable continuous, automated adversary emulation and high-fidelity detection.

You will manage onboarding, migration and integration of tools, conduct POCs to choose the best solutions, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders and enable Purple/RedTeam testing by delivering engineered platform configurations and data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, engineer, and implement vendor security tools and platforms. Document test plans and technical results as part of HLD/LLD
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware both on premises and in Cloud environments
• Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.
• Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
• Conduct system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments
• Support red team exercises and adversary emulation planning by selecting and integrating appropriate tooling. Translate red team features and capabilities for new tools/areas into engineering controls
• Maintain vendor integrations: manage trials, automate deployments, validate upgrades and releases, troubleshoot and fix integration errors

Skills

• Overall technical API knowledge such as: RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman), security protocols (OAuth, JWT) and   relevant knowledge of IAM tools like CyberArk, Akeyless, HashiCorp
• Relevant experience using Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) architecture, traffic steering, app security, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance, and automation to deliver secure, resilient access.
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell. Experience with MCSA-level tasks such as server setup, maintenance, and security.
• Cloud knowledge of GCP and Azure: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud IAM, Azure Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, ARM Templates, Azure Active Directory, and experience in deploying landing zones in both cloud providers via IaC using Github with Terraform.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GIAC, Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator or Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer , Azure Security Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CyberArk, SC-200, CompTIA Security+
