Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Trade Marketing Director you will develop and implement the IKA Trade channel strategy for all company brands, taking into account consumption occasions, brands plan, competition, type of buyers in order to ensure value and volume share growth and profitability in line with the company strategy.

Job role:

· Proposes activities and action plans on the IKA channel, to achieve the company's objectives, taking into account the company's strategy

· Develops the channel's trade marketing budget for following up the budget in accordance with the company's process and procedures

· Manages the calendar of activities and responsible for the integration and alignment of trade marketing activities with marketing and sales activities

· Monitors the competition

· Develops programs to increase market share in the channel

· Analyzes and evaluates the programs carried out in the IKA Trade Channel from the point of view of sales, program costs, efficiency.

· Develops and implements activations for consumers & retailers for the IKA sales channel

· Develops, implements, monitors "Execution Excellence Plan" on the IKA Trade channel (shelf planograms, refrigerator planograms, consumer activations, visibility kit & POSM) together with Brand Manager & Sales Team

· Analyzes the available market studies and all the external and internal information necessary to understand the needs of the client and the consumer as well as the market trends

· Responsible for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the projects established by the annual plan

· Monitors the implementation and evaluates the IKA activities; proposes and implements corrective measures whenever needed

· Monitors the implementation of the activity and execution through permanent presence in the market (20% of the working time) on an annual level

· Coordinates and develops the production process of POS materials needed by the channel

· Coordinates the trade marketing agencies for the activity plan development and implementation (brief, debrief, feedback, evaluation)

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 3 years experience (Trade Marketing, Marketing)

· Project management – minimum 1 year

· Experience in working with BTL & TRADE Agencies

· University / University College (marketing, finance)

· MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - medium, high level

· Very good knowledge of the English language - fluent

· Knowledge of the SAP program is an advantage

· Communication and organization skills; good interpersonal / presentation skills

· Able to communicate with others in a clear, concise manner, even when pressed by strict time constrains
