Transactional Buyer with Turkish

What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase orders for indirect goods and services up to 100,000 USD, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, lead times, and policy compliance.

• Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to meet production schedules and prevent operational disruptions.

• Build strong supplier relationships while resolving order discrepancies, delays, and quality issues efficiently.

• Support supplier sourcing and onboarding initiatives to improve cost savings and strengthen supply chain resilience.

• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align purchasing activities with demand and maintain material availability.

• Prepare daily procurement reports, maintain accurate records, and provide data support for global sourcing projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, support audits, resolve invoice discrepancies with finance, and drive continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and other procurement tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and improve processes.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong collaboration skills across international teams.
