Job Description - Travel & Expenses Professional (temporary assignment)

What part will you play?

  • Review and process the information registered in the applications/ local travel system: verify costs against receipts, the employees’ delegation documents/itinerary and respective expenses claims.
  • Ensure compliance to the travel policy.
  • Responsible for the correct transfer of information between SAP and local travel system (True HR/Concur)
  • Perform administrative duties:  maintaining accurate archive of expense claim/delegation reports and all related documents.
  • Offer support in case of audits and controls by authorities.
  • Support employees to understand the entire process (document flow, correction, detailed information in case of misunderstanding, provide them help in order to correct the mistakes).
  • Account reconciliations for employees (travel expenses employees’ accounts)
  • Prepare various reports for management/activity overview/team support.
  • Work together and coordinate with another teams/ human resources team.

What you need to make real what matters:

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in the travel and expenses area.
  • Minimum experience SAP, True HR, Concur and Excel (advanced).
  • Medium English, fluent is a plus.
  • Customer service oriented and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Ability in multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication skills and ability to exchange information clearly
  • Follow procedures and respect internal processes.
  • Willingness to learn new things and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
