Location & Work Mode

• Work Mode: On-site Studio (Full-time position based in a state-of-the-art, live-broadcast corporate studio).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Host, present, and professionally deal a variety of live-streamed casino games live on camera.
• Deliver a confident, energetic, and entertaining experience for real players in real time.
• Maintain the highest standards of brand representation, customer service, and studio professionalism.
• Cooperate closely with floor management and technical teams to ensure gameplay runs smoothly and dynamically.

Your Qualifications

• Language: native or C1 level Turkish and a good operational command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Aesthetics & Appearance: A polished, presentable camera appearance. To meet strict broadcasting standards, candidates must have a natural look with no visible tattoos or piercings.
• Core Traits: Confident, highly communicative, energetic, and completely comfortable in front of a live camera lens.
• Flexibility: Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment running on 24/7 rotating cycles.
• Experience: No previous dealing experience is required! Fully paid comprehensive studio training and full onboarding support are provided. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time hours operating on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (8 hours per shift):

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 Net per month.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance incentives of up to €600 Net (unlocked after the 3rd month of employment).
