Position scope:

The Uniforms Manager Oversees the daily operations of the Uniforms Team, emphasizing excellence in administrative management and staff development. This role is responsible for implementing effective cost control and optimization strategies, managing inventory rigorously, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures, and drafting new protocols to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technical Skills: PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software.
• Attention to Detail: Advanced level of precision in managing inventory and appearance standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of stock management experience and minimum 1 year in managing teams or performing in coordination roles.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Fashion Industry: Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design.
• Process Improvement Skills: Experience in streamlining inventory processes for efficiency.

Concerning work discipline, responsible for:
