• Working student-Receptionist Assistant:
• Ensures the identification and registration of all people entering the factory
• Performs the monthly demand for facility management department (FCM3) consumables
• Ensures confidentially for all Robert Bosch company information
• Is responsible for retrieving the incoming correspondence
• Is responsible for the proper correspondence flow
• Organizes correspondence transport with courier companies
• Takes over all telephone calls and redirects them accordingly
• Receives visitors and to guides them towards the visit place
• Archives facility management department documents
• Offers all necessary Info Point support

• Undergraduate Student / Master program student; in the administrative area;
• Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
• We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel);
• Be able to organize and carry out various activities simultaneously;
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
