About the position
We are looking to employ a highly driven Cost Estimation Engineer to assist the Sales & Project Management Team. We are looking for a passionate professional who has experience in Fit-out and/or Building Installation Cost Estimation.
To be successful as a Cost Estimation Engineer, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that the execution staff complies with company policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Makes the technical-commercial offers within the projects/works, provides support in the process of negotiation and contracting with the beneficiary;
- Analyzes the tender documents and establishes the functional configurations;
- Checks the technical requirements of the project, analyzes the tender requests, specifications and plans based on which the offer will be made;
- Views the location of the works in order to identify all the elements necessary for the offer;
- Provides technical support throughout the period of works in relation to the project/offer developed;
- Participates in meetings with the Client, analyzes his requirements and develops technical solutions that he communicates and/or supports;
- Actively participates in the implementation teams to clarify the technical solutions chosen for implementation;
- Participate in the trainings organized internally within the company as well as by producers/suppliers;
- Develops the partners portfolio (suppliers, collaborators, subcontractors).
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical studies (. Technical University of Construction, Polytechnic University, etc.);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the preparation of technical-financial offers;
- Organized person and able to keep track of several projects at the same time;
- Knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and Autocad;
- Very good technical knowledge in the field;
- Good knowledge of prices, suppliers, competition;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Good communication, planning and organization skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- The ability to work simultaneously on several projects;
- Motivated and results-oriented person;
- Ability to adapt and develop in a competitive environment.
