If you have a solid foundation in Computer Science or a closely related technical field, this program is designed to help you move from theory to hands-on practice.

Our AI & Machine Learning Academy is a 2-month, hands-on program for people with a strong technical background who want to explore applied Machine Learning and modern AI engineering. You’ll work on real use cases, experiment with current AI technologies, and gain practical experience that supports your first steps into the AI/ML space.

This program is a great fit if you enjoy experimenting, building things, and learning how ML and AI solutions work in real-world environments.

Who Can Apply

• People with a strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields

• Students in their final year, Master’s students, or early-career professionals looking to move into AI/ML

• Available to commit to a 2-month fixed-term employment contract

• Important to know: this program does not offer a university practice certificate (“adeverinta de practica”)

During the Academy, you’ll get hands-on experience with:

• Machine Learning solutions and LLM-based applications

• LLM agents, multi-agent systems, recommendation engines, and ML pipelines

• Working with APIs and understanding how systems integrate and exchange data

• Exploring agentic AI and modern AI frameworks

• Collaborating with engineers and learning how AI solutions are built and tested in practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in Machine Learning, LLMs or Vision models

• Basic programming skills (Python, R)

• Basic knowledge of regression, classification and clustering models

• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integration concepts

• Basic knowledge on transformers and LLMs, used for “pet” projects is a plus

• Analytical mindset, problem solver and keen to take challenges and learn new technologies

• Prior experience with ML, LLMs or vision models is a plus
