Communication Agent Internship in IT Department (part time)

We are looking for a Communication Agent Internship (part time) for our Regional IT Center in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Assure the appliance and support of control, management and communication structures to support the worldwide IT processes;


• Design concepts for new/changed control, management or communication structure considering valid corporate standards;


• Advise and support the IT Departments and functional areas in selecting, applying and implementing appropriate control, management or communication structure;


• Conduct project activities ( e.g. taking over partial task, project support for marketing);


• Create documentation and presentations;


• Internal content creation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; studies in Humanities field are considered an advantage;

• Content creation skills (writing skills);


• English – advanced;


• German – intermediate level – nice to have;


• Very good communication and teamwork skills;


• Personal initiative, problem solving skills and high attention to details.
