Responsibilities:

• Support daily administrative and operational activities within the department;
• Help maintain and update customer, vendor, and material data in internal systems;
• Assist with invoice processing and ensure information is accurate and complete;
• Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to solve basic invoice or data-related issues;
• Ensure data is handled according to internal quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Hands-on mentality coupled with a 'can-do' attitude;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit;
• Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment.
• Fluency in English and German.
