The selected candidates will support the team in managing key privacy tools, developing and maintaining documentation, and driving awareness through communications and training. This internship offers hands-on experience in global privacy governance and risk management practices across a dynamic, cross-functional environment.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\n\nTool \u0026 Data Management\n\n * Support the management of the TrustArc DP\u0026P risk assessment tool.\n * Maintain and update the DPQP assessment data library to ensure consistency.\n * Identify and flag business processes requiring reassessment due to high-risk indicators.\n * Assist in developing the Audit Portfolio based on risk classification.\n * Ensure alignment and data consistency between TrustArc and other risk assessment tools (e.g., CSQP, SAQP).\n * Help leverage TrustArc\u0027s capabilities to enhance risk mapping by business processes.\n * Contribute to expanding and improving the use of the TrustArc platform.\n * Support the management of the Data Breach Reporting tool, ensuring alignment with Cybersecurity Reporting procedures.\n\n\n\nGovernance Documentation\n\n * Help manage and maintain the Data Privacy \u0026 Protection (DP\u0026P) Policies \u0026 Standards Library.\n * Assist in developing a structured document repository aligned with program requirements.\n * Ensure documentation is consistent with Ethics \u0026 Compliance (E\u0026C) and HR Compliance standards.\n * Support the implementation of a formal document, review and update process.\n\n\n\nCommunication \u0026 Training\n\n * Maintain and update the DP\u0026P HUB page and related training materials.\n * Assist in the development and execution of the DP\u0026P Annual Communication \u0026 Training Plan, ensuring alignment with the E\u0026C Compliance Plan.\n * Support the development of global data privacy legislation and regulatory library, including consolidation of legal alerts and tracking updates.\n\n\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n * Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Law, Information Security, Public Policy, Business, or related field.\n * Strong interest in global data privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity.\n * Excellent analytical and organizational skills.\n * Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with data platforms or assessment tools (e.g., TrustArc, ServiceNow) is a plus.\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Gain\n\n * Exposure to global data privacy operations and tools.\n * Experience working in a cross-functional compliance and risk environment.\n * Opportunity to contribute to real-time projects that impact global governance and data protection strategies.\n * Mentorship and professional development in privacy, compliance, and governance practices.\n\n\n\nIf this role is of interest to you and you are eager to learn more then we strongly encourage you to apply.
