We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transmission and Distribution Intern to join our Electrical Engineering team. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for students or recent graduates in electrical or power engineering who are looking to gain real-world experience in utility-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, distribution networks, and substations.

As a Transmission and Distribution Intern, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and technical staff on a range of projects supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems. You will gain valuable exposure to the planning, design, and operation of high-voltage systems and learn about industry standards, safety protocols, and project workflows.

• Basic understanding of power systems and electrical engineering principals

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Duration: You must be available for 12 consecutive weeks to complete your internship with AECOM
