This training program is designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment. \n\nSuccessful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the Interventional Cardiology field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation. \n\n \n\nThis role will be based out of Bucharest and will require travel throughout the country as a floating specialist.\n\n \n\nSuccessful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Interventional Cardiology or other technical divisions. The position will be starting in October 2026.\n\n \n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n \n\u2022 Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills. \n\u2022 Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area. \n\u2022 Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting \n\u2022 Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions \n\u2022 Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians \n\u2022 Educate clinicians on a product franchise \n\u2022 Commercially promote a product franchise \n\u2022 Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. \n\u2022 Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC\u0027s rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.\n\n \n \n \n\n\n \n\nProfile Requirements:\n\n \n\u2022 Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2025/2026) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc. \n\u2022 Be fluent in English and Romanian (C1) \n\u2022 Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills. \n\u2022 Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting. \n\u2022 Be computer/technically savvy. \n\u2022 Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting. \n\u2022 Be willing to travel across the Romania or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time. \n\u2022 Hold a current driving license\n\n \nWe will be running a recruitment process that will include a telephone interview and then if selected a virtual Assessment interview. \n \n\nIf you\u2019re looking to move into the Medical Device Industry after finishing University, then apply for our Interventional Cardiology Graduate Training Program today.\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
