From helping acquire essential data to planning long-term well development, you\u2019ll organize, run, and report operations in the field environment and assist specialists and other Engineers with key decisions. Your training will be hands-on as you learn about the energy industry and become an expert in the various tools and services in your business line. You\u2019ll be asked to learn a lot quickly, and you\u2019ll be given responsibility and support to make your impact and start becoming a leader in our business.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Perform operations, operate equipment, and be accountable for team wellsite performance, by the end of your training.\n * Manage field operations, including engineering design, maintenance, job planning, and operational reporting.\n * Learn the well construction process and understand the role of different service companies.\n * Support engineers and specialists on-site and help with essential duties, such as risk analysis.\n * Effectively manage a crew and/or processes.\n * Help prepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefings.\n * Actively contribute to continuous improvement culture\u2014across the business.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * BSc or MEng: Petroleum, Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, \n\n\n\nElectrical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering (other closely related degrees considered).\n\n * Good verbal and written communication skills.\n * Quick learner able to use logic to solve problems.\n * Be personally committed to continuous improvement.\n * Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills.\n * The desire to work in at a wellsite environment and in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects.\n * The right to work in the Romania.\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and confidently.\n * Be able to choose and initiate action.\n * Be passionate about learning and research.\n * Be eager to deliver results and meet demands.\n * Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.\n\n\n\nIf this role is of interest to you and you are eager to learn more then we strongly encourage you to apply.
