We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.
Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

The Heroes Academy @HP Internship Program means:

• Paid Internship part-time, 6h/ day

What will your day consist of?

• Review SOX control status of HP overall.
• Follow-up with control owners, performers, internal auditors, etc for control and deficiency status.
• Follow up with our external auditors as required.
• Where required, reach out to next level support.
• Dashboard reviews for accuracy.
• Update our SOX controls in our system (SAP GRC) as required by closing support tickets.
• Correct misaligned control master data in our system.
• Join team meetings to discuss improvements in process (internally to the team, control performance processes, and reporting needs).
• Interlock with our internal customers/users of our reports.
• Review control documentation (process steps and evidence) for completeness and accuracy.
• Build PowerBI dashboards based on different reports

Your Profile:

• Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2025
• Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's or Master's undergraduate in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• General understanding of SOX Controls, audit process, and terminologies.
• Strong in MS Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English.
