Job Description - Internship for Employer Branding & Communication (Iasi)

Job Description

Do you want to work as an Internship for the Employer Branding team? These should spark your interest.

As an intern in the Employee Branding team, you will provide support across a variety of creative and operational activities, including:

  • Content Creation: Support the creation of promotional content for internal channels and social media (texts, visuals, simple layouts).
  • Campaign Support: Assist in preparing and sharing communication materials for ongoing marketing and employer‑branding campaigns.
  • Event Concepts: Contribute ideas and help develop creative concepts for internal events and communication initiatives. 
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning, organization, and on‑site implementation of internal events (logistics, materials, coordination with stakeholders). -
  • Social Media Assistance: Help draft posts, gather visuals, and monitor engagement for company channels (guidance provided). 
  • Internal Communication: Prepare short messages, updates, and announcements for employees. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team and other departments to gather information and support projects.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic tasks such as scheduling, updating trackers, and preparing presentations.

This role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop both creative and organizational skills while contributing to meaningful employee experiences.

A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Qualifications

You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

  • Currently enrolled in university studies, preferably in one of the following fields: Marketing, Communication or Journalism;
  • Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality;
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written);
  • A proactive and positive attitude;
  • Category B driving license (would be a plus).
