Reservoir Engineer Trainee

Contribute to ongoing reservoir engineering projects and customer engagements. Support the delivery and adoption of reservoir engineering projects, including simulation setup, data validation, and risk assessment, ensuring quality and timely execution. Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and performance dashboards for internal and customer use, while addressing functional queries and escalating enhancement requests as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align engineering objectives, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities for software or process improvements. Engage with customers through review meetings, progress reporting, and solution delivery, while promoting the adoption of reservoir engineering tools and workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies, including quality, safety, and environmental standards, while participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives. BSc or MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Geology, Geo-Energy or other related course. Academic or internship experience in reservoir engineering or simulation environments. Proficient in English, with clear and professional communication skills. Right to work in Romania (EU citizenship or valid work authorization). Adapt quickly to new technologies and digital tools. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic project settings. Initiative, curiosity, and accountability in learning and service delivery.
