Wellsite Engineer Summer Internship

Assist in maintenance and reliability projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce downtime. Participate in failure investigations and help document findings for technical audits. Learn and contribute to wellsite operations, including job planning and operational reporting. Assist engineers and specialists with risk analysis and process improvement tasks. Help prepare technical documentation, reports, and post-job summaries. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related engineering disciplines. Valid right to work status in Romania for the whole duration of the Internship. Interest in maintenance processes, reliability engineering, wellsite operations. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams. Passion for learning and delivering results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English verbal and written communication skills.
