Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for order management related activities;
  • Create sales operations statistical Excel reports;
  • Resolve customer complaints and manage email communications;
  • Resolve tickets related to customer master data;
  • Maintain accurate databases with required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Approach situations with an open and curious mind, taking on challenges with an eye for opportunity;
  • Results and detail-oriented and a pro-active attitude;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge. Excel & PowerPoint are a must;
  • English - good written and spoken language skills;
  • Openness to learn new internal Bosch tools, such as S4Hana.
