Work LikeABosch

• Tracking and managing complaints towards forwarders, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and status transparency;
• Supporting the analysis of transport-related deviations;
• Monitoring complaint trends and contributing to improvement actions with internal stakeholders and external partners;
• Creation and improvement of reports related to logistics quality KPIs;
• Running and monitoring existing reports to ensure data accuracy and timely updates;
• Assisting in deep-dive analyses of logistics processes to understand cause-and-effect relationships in customer or transport claims;
• Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and updates in internal systems and external portals;
• Preparing presentations and reports for team meetings;
• Opportunity to learn and work in a multicultural environment, across various systems, applications, and databases.

• Undergraduate or Master’s student;
• Good English skills (written and spoken);
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Power BI knowledge is a plus;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Well-organized and structured way of working;
• Open to learning new processes and systems;
• Strong communication skills and team orientation;
• Reliable, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
