Perform maintenance, repair, and modification operations on helicopter sheet metal structures and components, ensuring structural integrity, conformity, and safety in line with aeronautical regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot structures to identify malfunctions.

• Disassemble assemblies to access faults.

• Repair, adjust, realign, manufacture, or replace defective components.

• Perform structural modifications and corrosion protection treatments.

• Assemble parts using fasteners (rivets, screws, adhesives) per specifications.

• Accurately assess damage to aircraft structural components.

• Ensure compliance with specifications, technical publications, and safety standards.

• Apply corrosion treatment using mechanical and chemical processes.

• Maintain accurate records in CMMS and ensure closure of maintenance anomalies.

• Mastery of metallic structure repair and modification techniques.

• Strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting structural issues.

• Skilled with specialized tooling (jigs, fixtures, forming tools).

• Proficiency in aeronautical fastening/assembly methods (riveting, bonding, screwing).

• Knowledge of aeronautical materials (aluminum alloys, titanium, steels).

• Competence in corrosion treatment methods.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

• Familiarity with international standards (EASA, FAA).

• Experience with CMMS systems.
