Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Hybrid-Riyadh and Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the implementation and technical execution of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to lead a team of developers and work with business stakeholders. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities ● Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC modules. ● Translate business requirements into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions. ● Drive configuration, scripting, and integration efforts. ● Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, security, audit, and IT. ● Lead agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) and manage sprint deliverables. ● Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators. ● Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing technical support. ● Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications ● 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. ● 3+ years working with ServiceNow GRC modules. ● Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in GRC implementations. ● Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. ● Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex deployments. ● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. ● Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks. ________________________________________ Preferred Certifications ● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance ● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – BCM ● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ● ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred) ● CRISC or equivalent GRC/security certification (a plus) ________________________________________ Nice to Have ● Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy). ● Background in cybersecurity, internal audit, or enterprise risk. ● Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC with third-party systems.
