We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Temporary Infrastructure Planning and Integration Senior Manager to join our team for a short term project (2 month contract) in Saudi Arabia.
The Temporary infrastructure Planning and Integration Senior Manager is one of the key roles within Temporary Infrastructure team and will be responsible for leading and coordinating detailed identification of all key interdependencies, design, installation and operational planning activities across functional areas (FAs) involved in the delivery of the Temporary Infrastructure for tournament.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Establish and manage all dependencies between various infrastructure suppliers and FAs.
Align Temporary Infrastructure commodity packages (approx. 20 various suppliers for various disciplines) procurement detailed timelines development.
Ensure the sequencing of works between commodity suppliers doesn’t have gaps or critical overlapping.
Ensure the planning & delivery milestones for temporary infrastructure FAs contractors are aligned with all LOC FAs expectations (as per master schedule) and managing expectations of FAs in case temporary infrastructure works can’t comply.
Interface Lead from Temporary Infrastructure department (as the owner of most of the tournament specific work which needs to happen towards tournament preparations) to provide input to SOD.
Support the development of Temporary Infrastructure functional area operational plans (FAOPs) in line with the overall tournament delivery strategy.
Ensure consistency in planning documentation, timelines, and deliverables of Temporary Infrastructure FAs.
Monitor Temporary Infrastructure key milestones achievement progress and provide functional support to close gaps.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum experience of 8 years at mega international sports events with focus on tournament infrastructure planning, dependencies identification, master scheduling.
Skills: Confident user of various planning software types such as MS Project, Primavera P6. Knowledge of various planning & scheduling methods and standards.
