Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote work position. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, collections, and reconciliation of accounts.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and collections - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and submit customer statements - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Collaborate with other teams to resolve payment issues - Provide reports on accounts receivable status

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in using accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Resourceful and confident - Strong time management skills - Ability to manage and work effectively with people
