Responsibilities
• Analyze material and direct expenses for monthly cost of sales • Assist in preparing journal entries for cost of sales • Maintain weighted average cost inventory system • Assist in quarterly and year-end physical inventory process • Review and audit costing system for purchased material inventory • Prepare reports and recommend changes to costing section head • Review costing of all inventory items • Analyze inventory transactions for accuracy • Verify reasonableness of standard and weighted average cost • Participate in implementation of inventory cycle count program • Allocate landed cost related to shipment • Assist in closing financial statements • Review work orders for accuracy • Act as a link between operation and accounting
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field • Post Graduate Certificate in Finance or Accounting preferred • Good communication skills • Excellent analytical skills • Good report writing skills • People management skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Good command of English
