We're searching for a dynamic Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager to join our client's Corporate Finance team in Riyadh. You will work alongside talented professionals from diverse backgrounds, playing a pivotal role in driving the Kingdom’s economic diversification and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and meticulously review accurate and timely financial reports, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity in all reporting.
- Lead the preparation of the corporate annual budget and forecasts, providing invaluable financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor budget performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, conducting thorough analyses and discussions with stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the annual external audit process, ensuring compliance and adherence to international standards.
- Uphold and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Present financial reports and findings to senior management, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders, articulating complex financial information with clarity and precision.
- Manage financial reporting within the internal ERP system and other platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide support for special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as required, demonstrating agility and adaptability in addressing evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within a complex organizational structure or financial institution.
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial management software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
