Junior Accountant

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9 and strong English communication skills. The successful candidate will support our accounting team in managing financial records, performing routine accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Support the senior accounting staff in daily operations and special projects.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in English.
Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
