Petrochemical Turnaround Coordinator(Oil & Gas )

• Develop yearly operating plan budget and create Mid-Year and Year-End Accountability reports.
• Organize T&I input recommendations, work lists, and projects from the OME team.
• Create detailed T&I schedules using scheduling software like Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Incorporate shutdown and startup details in the schedule, including systems and equipment release.
• Prepare lists and lead procurement for expense projects; ensure alignment with EIS schedule.
• Optimize T&I schedule duration and cost, ensuring adherence to defined boundaries.
• Follow up on material and contract procurement, reporting planning progress to management.
• Develop and execute T&I plans, facilitate scope of work meetings, and address challenges.
• Issue comprehensive post-T&I reports and monitor accounting budgets vs. actuals.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in Turnaround events in the Oil & Gas Industry, with a preference for experience in the downstream sector (Petrochemical or Refinery).
• Demonstrate overall knowledge of T&I planning and execution management.
• Essential experience with T&I planning software, particularly Primavera P6; familiarity with Roser is preferred.
