The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programs in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing program management and looking for high-caliber experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. We are looking for an experienced operations director who has experience in large mixed-use developments. This phase of the work is at the very start of construction, and we are looking for a candidate who can support mobilization alongside project delivery. Requirements

You'll need to have:

1. A degree qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent.
2. Experience in heavy civil engineering, ideally bulk earthworks and services.
3. Extensive years of experience in an appropriate field in a senior leadership role.
4. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

You'll also have:

1. Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
2. Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the Construction sector.
3. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
4. Strong commercial and financial acumen.
5. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.

Experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
