Job Description - Project Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving results in the fast-paced world of IT infrastructure? Look no further! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager to join one of the biggest players in the IT Infrastructure industry in Saudi Arabia.

As a Project Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. You will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and overseeing the execution of projects across various sectors in Saudi Arabia's dynamic market. Your leadership and vision will be instrumental in positioning the company as the preferred provider of IT infrastructure solutions in the region.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the IT infrastructure industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, industry dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
