Position: Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in handling daily accounting matters, including account reconciliation, data entry and bill management.
Prepare and maintain various financial statements and report documents.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing work.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensure that the accounts are accurate.
Assist in audit work and prepare relevant audit materials.
Assist in other administrative and clerical work of the accounting department.

Job requirements:

College degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors.
Those with more than half a year of accounting-related work experience are preferred.
Familiar with accounting standards and financial management processes, and have certain accounting processing capabilities.
Proficient in using financial software and office software, especially Excel.
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, meticulous and patient, and strong sense of responsibility.
Good written and oral English and Arabic skills.
