Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is looking for a reliable and energetic Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities: 1. Process invoices accurately and timely 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies 3. Manage vendor accounts and maintain good relationships 4. Assist with month-end closing activities 5. Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies 6. Assist with internal and external audits 7. Conduct research on payment discrepancies and communicate findings to management 8. Utilize accounting software to manage accounts payable functions

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office 7. Leadership skills to effectively manage tasks and deadline 8. Strong research skills to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
