Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable at El Seif Engineering Contracting Company in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions. Your role will involve verifying and reconciling invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Additionally, you will assist in month-end close activities and support the Accounts Payable Manager in various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained - Process and schedule payments to vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain updated records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues and inquiries - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
